Admission Tests for the Bachelor in Fine Arts

For admission to the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, candidates can take the personal aptitude test (PAP_ART) and gain priority access. These tests do not guarantee final admission, only priority in the university pre-registration process, which must be completed through UIB Digital. The next admissions exam session is on June 13th. Registration for the admissions exams will be open from May 15 to June 12, 2026.

REGULATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE:

Since this call is ONLINE, when you fill out the registration form, you must attach the fully completed informed consent for the installation of the Smowl Tech system, which will be used to monitor the testing process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registrations must include ID and supporting documents proving the conditions that must be met to take the test, which may be taken by people in the following situations:

− People whose PAP_ART validity has expired.
– People with a high school title
− Students who finish high school in 2026.
−People with the higher technical degree.
− People with the higher level FP course title.
− Students who complete the higher education cycle in 2026.
− Students from other university degrees.
− People with a university degree.
Students from foreign educational systems.
– People who have exceeded the university entrance exams for people over 25 or 45 years of age.
– People who have passed the access procedure to the University for work and professional experience.

It will also be necessary to attach proof of payment of the registration fee.

If you choose the ONLINE option, you will have to provide informed consent for the installation of the Smowl Tech system, which will be used to monitor the performance of the tests.

The price of the tests and their extensions and discounts can be found in section 1.8 of the PAP_ART administrative procedure.

Online: through the virtual classroom, which you will be given access to once you have completed your registration.

The final grade for the PAP_Art will be pass or fail. To be eligible, students must pass both phases of the test.

Obtaining a pass mark on the PAP_Art will determine the order of priority for candidates’ registration.

The order of priority for admission will be determined by the provisions of the current regulations governing access and admission to official degree courses, the passing grade in the admission tests and the grade obtained in the PBAU or in the studies of origin.

Passing one phase of the PAP_Art, as well as passing the entire admission test, is valid for three years.
