ADEMA University School and Academica® have signed a framework collaboration agreement with the aim of establishing academic and cultural synergies that will bring the university closer to Spanish students enrolled in the Dual Diploma® program and promote ADEMA’s English-language undergraduate degree offerings. The Dual Diploma® program was created and developed by Academica® in Spain, the organization’s base for international development.

Academica, the leading and largest high-performance charter school in the United States, has more than 200 schools and has led the international expansion of the dual-degree program from Spain. Currently, more than 25,000 students in our country are simultaneously pursuing the Spanish Baccalaureate and the American High School Diploma, as part of a program already present in more than 28 countries.

According to the presidents of Academica®, José Luis Martínez de Urbina, and ADEMA, Diego González, the agreement between the two institutions aims to provide students of the Dual Diploma® program with a space for guidance, interaction, and opportunities within the university environment. It will also make the ADEMA University School’s academic offerings visible nationwide, promoting its position as a higher education option for young people who complete this bilingual and international program.

Among the agreement’s provisions are the exclusive benefits granted to the more than 4,700 Spanish students who, in this 2025 class, will graduate simultaneously from both Spanish and American high schools under the Dual Diploma® program created by Academica.

The degrees eligible for these scholarships include the Bachelor of Fine Arts (in Spanish and English) and the Bachelor of Dentistry (in Spanish and English), thus consolidating ADEMA’s commitment to internationalization and academic excellence.
